Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of User Town, a service that turns analytics and platform-status data into a visual city experience. By using User Town, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, authentication provider access, connected integrations, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

Connected Services

User Town may connect to analytics, status, or health-check providers that you configure. You represent that you have the right to connect those services and allow User Town to process the resulting metrics for dashboard and public city views.

Public City Links

Public city links are intended to be shareable. Anyone with a public link may view the published city, brand profile, and non-secret visualization data. Do not publish information you are not authorized to share.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse User Town, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, upload malicious content, violate laws, or use User Town to infringe rights of others.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of brand assets, configuration, and other content you provide. You grant User Town the rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the service.

Service Changes And Availability

User Town may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or other operational reasons.

Plans And Fees

User Town offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The free plan includes the dashboard and the private preview of your city. Pro is required to publish a public, embeddable city link.

Pro is billed as a recurring monthly subscription at ₹399 per month for customers in India, and $7 per month for customers elsewhere — both inclusive of 18% GST. Customers in India are billed in INR; customers elsewhere are billed in USD. The applicable currency is determined automatically at checkout. Current pricing is always shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you pay.

Billing, Renewal And Taxes

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.

All prices are inclusive of 18% GST — the amount you see is the amount charged, with nothing added at checkout. Your tax invoice itemises the taxable value and the GST separately (₹338.14 + ₹60.86 on the Indian price, $5.93 + $1.07 on the international one). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card details.

If a payment fails we may retry it and will keep your city published for a short grace period. If payment is not completed within that period, your public city link is unpublished and the plan reverts to free. Your configuration and data are not deleted.

We may change pricing. Changes will not affect the period you have already paid for, and we will give reasonable advance notice to affected account owners before a change takes effect.

Cancellation And Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — your city stays published until then and is not renewed afterwards.

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which offers a full refund if requested within 7 days of a charge.

Beta

User Town is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may be less stable than a fully released product. We charge for Pro during beta, and our refund policy above applies without exception during this period.

Disclaimers

User Town is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that visualizations will perfectly represent every underlying analytics source.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, User Town and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Termination

You may stop using User Town at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or if continued operation of an account would be unlawful or harmful.

Changes To Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify account owners. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
